Keeping food from getting boring WTSHTF: Recipes for spice mixes
 

I'm just now starting to dig up information on spice mixes for just about every kind of dish any of us could think of to keep our food storage items from bland-ing us to death WTSHTF. Anyone know of any sites or resources on spice mixes we can make on our own?

For the most part, your spices will remain fresh longer if you don't premix them. The only mixes I buy ready are "Mrs. Dash" and the curry blend I prefer. Make a list of the spices you are most likely to want, and seal them up for the Big Day.
